In 2018, the Spirit of Bridgeworth Award was introduced. Its creation was to celebrate members of Bridgeworth who exemplify excellence by exuding passion about their work, acting with integrity, leading by example, and going above and beyond without hesitation.
We are pleased to announce the winner of this year’s spirit award is Embree Deason, Bridgeworth’s Director of Operations. Embree embodies this award and was nominated with an overwhelming majority. As Director of Operations, Embree is responsible for all firm staffing, systems, and oversight related to the firm’s day-to-day operations. For the past two decades, Embree has helped shape our culture, and for that, we are grateful.
