As we’ve taken time to celebrate our 10th anniversary, we’ve reflected on the most important component of our success, our employees. We established the Bridgeworth Spirit Award to honor employees who exemplify excellence by being passionate about their work, acting with integrity, leading by example, and going above and beyond without hesitation.
We are pleased to announce the inaugural winners of this award are Jenny Sneed, CFP® Partner and Debbie Bryan, Senior Operations Specialist.
Jenny started with the firm right after college and is now a partner managing her own practice as well as leading several firm-wide initiatives, including compensation planning and developing the path to partnership.
Debbie has been with Bridgeworth for over 10 years and recently moved from a part-time to a full-time role to take over the firm’s daily operations.
According to DeLynn Zell, managing partner, “2018 was a year of internal restructuring in an effort to provide our clients with the highest level of client serve and to provide succession plans to ensure Bridgeworth is here for generations to come. Jenny and Debbie took on additional responsibilities and provided guidance and leadership through this two-year process. To our clients, it was seamless – proof of Jenny and Debbie’s exemplary work ethic and dedication to the firm.”
