With offices in Birmingham and Huntsville, Alabama, our team has over 60 members, and we continue to grow. Our Huntsville office is looking for a Full-time Financial Operations Specialist. This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the firm in facilitating relationships through administrative and financial-based tasks. We are seeking someone who is professional, has excellent communication skills, and who is willing to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Job Description & Requirements

What You Will Do

  • Function as part of the operations team, servicing all clients of the Firm.
  • Preparing and processing firm and custodian paperwork, such as account opening and account maintenance
  • Support the workflow of our Client Service Representatives, serving as primary contact within the internal operations team.
  • Manage and track the progress and completion of submitted paperwork with our Custodians.
  • Process check deposits and money movement requests
  • Create and maintain client records in our CRM System
  • Organize and upload client files
  • Serve as a backup to our front desk receptionist, as needed
  • Other administrative duties

What We Seek

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience working in the financial industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn our CRM and other industry-related software
  • Ability to stay organized, multitask, set priorities, and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and master firm technology and processes
  • Will need to work in our Huntsville, AL office regularly, with remote flexibility
