Bridgeworth, LLC is pleased to announce that financial advisor William Hocutt, CFP®, CPA has been elected president of the Financial Planning Association of North Alabama for 2015. Hocutt previously served as President-Elect and Board member for five years.
The Financial Planning Association is a non-profit organization composed of individuals in or affiliated with the financial planning industry. The mission of the Financial Planning Association of North Alabama is to advance and promote the financial planning profession through education, networking, and public awareness.

William is continuing a valued and important leadership role in our industry.” Hocut is the sixth Bridgeworth Advisor to serve as president of the Financial Planning Association.
Hocutt is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Certified Public Accountant and focuses his practice primarily on planning and wealth management for clients at or near retirement. In addition to his role as financial advisor, Hocutt serves on the Bridgeworth Investment and Marketing committee and chairs the Emerging Advisor committee. Hocutt is a graduate of the University of Alabama and went on to obtain his Master of Accountancy at the University of Alabama. In addition to his professional service, Hocutt serves as Chair of the Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church Foundation.
