Stanley T. Funches, Sr. is an associate financial planner with Bridgeworth Financial, LLC. He has extensive financial experience and has been working over a decade in helping clients find solutions to their challenges.
Stanley uses a holistic approach when advising his clients. His mission is to help clients maximize the use of their income and assets as they strive for their financial goals. He specializes in retirement planning, complex business owner planning and company-sponsored retirement plans.
During his time in the financial service industry, Stanley has earned both the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Co, and Charter Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation from the American College in Pennsylvania. Stanley is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, La. with a degree in Finance. Stanley’s background enables him to provide his clients with detailed and comprehensive financial planning advice.
Stanley has served as a member of the Urban Financial Service Coalition where he was awarded their Presidential Award for his dedicated work. In June 2007 he was profiled in Wealth Manager magazine and labeled as an “Advice Pioneer” for his continued commitment to his clients. Also, he has been featured on various local television and radio programs as a leading financial professional. Stanley has especially enjoyed the opportunity to speak on financial planning topics with members of several community organizations and churches.
Stanley is married to Dr. Venessa Martin Funches. Venessa is an Assistant Professor at Auburn University at Montgomery. They have three lovely children Ashli, Stanley Jr. (TJ), Christopher Emmanuel. After working and spending time with his family, Stanley enjoys golfing, basketball, and tennis.
